Who are we?
ComityHearts Care Services Ltd is a provider of home care services located in Leeds and run by two experienced Registered Nurses with over 27 years of experience.
We have a very good team of dedicated, compassionate, trained, experienced and well skilled care staff who are capable of providing varying personal cares to people living with disabilities brought about by different illnesses such as stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, MS, arthritis and other debilitating illnesses. We also offer services to people living with dementia and are still able to live at home.
Our Mission Statement
To create and promote a conducive environment for clients and their relatives that makes a positive difference in their chosen lifestyles regardless of age, gender and disability.
We also give people the choice to continue living safely in their own homes by providing first class care that enables them to live independently.
Our clients are treated with dignity and courtesy, this is demonstrated by the way we communicate, respect their individuality and include them in their day to day decision making. We act with integrity in everything we do.

- Assistance with getting up in the morning
- Bathing, washing, dressing and personal care
- Continence management
- Medication supervision
- Helping with diet and fluids
- Helping to mobilise in and around the house
- Light Household tasks and simple meal preparations
- Catheter care and stoma management
- PEG feed
- Assistance with getting into bed
- Cleaning, tidying up and laundry
- Companionship
